Alpha Maker is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly.
No refunds are available for Alpha Maker subscriptions.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
We stand behind this program. If you complete all 30 days of the Ultimate Start Challenge as directed and do not see results, you may request a refund.
Refund requests will only be considered after you have completed the full 30-day program. Requests submitted before completing the program will not be honored.
Important: The Ultimate Start program does not include an MRI scan. You will need to obtain a cash-pay MRI separately. This is an additional expense you agree to when purchasing the Ultimate Start. Not wanting to pay for the MRI is not a valid reason for a refund.
The Ultimate Start program comes with two guarantees:
Zero Visceral Fat Guarantee: If the physician reviewing your MRI finds zero visceral fat, you are eligible for a full refund of the Ultimate Start program.
90-Day Results Guarantee: If you apply the Ultimate Start strategies for 90 days and do not see results, we will continue working with you until you do.

No refunds are available for digital products once purchased.
Approved refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds do not include processing fees. Refunds of $200 may be delivered by check.
